Cannot get XBMC to use DFS on my Win2003 domain

hi guys,
in order to make navigating my multitude of shared folders on my network with xbmc a little easier, i have decided to set up dfs.

however, it looks like xbmc doesnt support it because when trying to follow the dfs links in xbmc i get quot;nt_status_object_name_not_foundquot;

any suggestions for workarounds or any news if this will get implemented?
